Oh, that looks dee-lish! Nothing like REAL maple syrup...after you have it, the sugary fake stuff from the store is a total let-down. Good for you trying something new and fun!
I wish I lived close to you so I could try some. I don't think I've ever had real maple syrup...it would go well with all my waffle and pancake cravings I've had lately! :-)
