Annual Crawfish/Shrimp Boil

Every year we do this and it's always one of my favorite things. Yummy spicy seafood, sausage, sweet corn and new potatoes. Here's a picture of Rebekah and Melanie at the fish market in front of their big fishing boats and then all of us enjoying dinner.

Fun At The Beach

Found some shells, played in the water and sand and then played some ball. Always a good time.

Captain Of The Ship

Last year when we visited there were some boys in the next bayou with a "navy seal boat" they drove around the bayous and James was so jealous. Now Pops has a "navy seal boat" and James was so thrilled to learn to drive it. Heaven for an 8 year old boy.

Coloring Eggs

I forgot to take a picture of the finished product or the yummy deviled eggs we made for Easter dinner from them, but they did turn out pretty and they were yummy and here's some pics of the most fun part which is coloring them.

Itchy Easter Dress

Grams bought Rebekah a beautiful Easter dress. Rebekah was so excited until she tried it on and it was itchy :( no amount of sweet talking could convince her she'd get used to it, so this is it. We then took it off and we'll have to return it.
